I’m a VIP, but my entries say 0 — am I still entered?
Yes — if your VIP membership is active, you are automatically entered into the giveaway.
Your entry balance may temporarily show as 0 if the new giveaway has started but your monthly renewal hasn’t happened yet. Once your membership renews (on your billing date), your VIP entries will be added automatically — before the giveaway ends.
When will the giveaway winner be announced?
Each giveaway winner will be announced on an Instagram livestream the week after the giveaway closes. Please note that timing may vary slightly as we complete final verification and ensure everything is processed correctly. Check back regularly and follow us on Instagram for the latest information.
How does Lvlup work?

How is the winner drawn + contacted?
We use a completely randomized selection process. Our draw will be pulled shortly after the giveaway close date and the winner contacted shortly after.
We will also announce the winner across all our Social Media accounts and via Email.
When making a purchase, you will share your contact info with us. If you’re the lucky winner. We’ll call, email, and text you, so keep an eye out for a message from us (Even if you don't answer you are still the winner).
